JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Detail Oriented, Initiative, Knowledgeable in MS Offce, Good Communication Skills
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

SKILLS

  • Handles Payroll Report (Tax & Government Contributions)
  • Ensures the accuracy of all related inputs for payroll processing
  • Check approved OT forms, salary deductions and adjustments to payroll sytem
  • Prepares monthly remittance such as BIR, PAGIBIG, SSS & Philhealth
  • Prepares Income Tax Report
  • Assists employee concerns on payroll matters, tax issues, PAGIBIG, SSS, Philhealth, Service Incentives and Company Benefits
  • Performs Bank Transactions if needed (Updating, Depo & Withdraw)
